Modernization of the foreign language educational environment in the context of extracurricular activities of schoolchildren

This article is devoted to the analysis of the position of the foreign language educational environment in the methodological system of school education, assessment of its possibilities for teaching a foreign language and the formation of the language culture of the student.The concept of a foreign-language educational environment in relation to regular and extracurricular activities is revealed.The analysis of scientific sources is used as a research method. Among the trends of global development the authors identify trends that determine the development of the school system in the context of the digital educational environment. The analysis of the structure of the educational process and the forms of its organization in the context of modern educational trends is carried out. The methodological objectives of the stages of the educational process at school and the corresponding actions are considered. In the course of the study, the stages of the educational process are marked in terms of the variability of the conditions for the implementation of the educational process and manageability. The author hypothesizes that learning a foreign language as part of extracurricular activities will be especially effective in the presence of a foreign language educational environment integrated into the information and educational environment of the school. The authors analyzed the current forms of implementation of the foreign language educational environment in the structure of the information and educational environment of an educational organization. The article examines in detail the evolution of the concept of extracurricular activities and a foreign language educational environment. Based on the analysis, the structural components of the foreign language educational environment and the principles of its construction are determined.
