Abstract

Abstract The aim of this case report is to highlight the diagnostic challenges and complex presentation of tuberous sclerosis (TS). We have reported the case of a 23-year-old male who presented to the psychiatry outpatient department with the complaint of irritability since 2 years and refusal to go to school since 1 year and subsequently diagnosed as TS. We have briefly described the management of the behavioral symptoms in patients.
