Dermoscopic features of coral-contact dermatitis in a traveller returning from the Caribbean

Skin contact with corals can trigger toxic or hypersensitivity reactions. Here, we report the first description of dermoscopic features of coral-contact dermatitis in a traveller from Curaçao, southern Caribbean, presenting with a cerebriform skin rash. This case illustrates the diagnostic importance of recognizing lesion morphology and incorporating travel history into clinical assessment.
