Dharma-Driven Innovation: Integrating Bhagavad Gita Principles into the Super-Entrepreneurship Model

The modern entrepreneurship environment is exhibited by brisk technological turbulence, overly competitive, and ethical uncertainty. Although profit and innovation are among the core objectives, the lack of ethical anchoring usually produces an unsustainable development and psychological burnout of entrepreneurs. The study presents a Dharma-Driven Innovation model which is based on one of the most influential books concerning the topics of leadership, duty, and consciousness among the Bhagavad Gita. The paper will create a conceptual framework of ethical and resilient innovation by aligning the principles of Karma Yoga (selfless action), Jnana Yoga (wisdom-driven decision-making), and Bhakti Yoga (purpose-driven devotion) with the newly developed concept of Super-Entrepreneurship, which is visionary, tech-enabled, and socially responsible entrepreneurship. It focuses on showing how the philosophical knowledge of Krishna can be used as a strategic guide in striking the right balance between spiritual awareness and disruptive innovation to produce leaders who are not only business oriented but aimed at benefiting the entire humanity.
