Research on rapid evaluation method for the reliability of liquid crystal displays

A rapid reliability evaluation approach for liquid crystal displays is explored, taking into account their extended service life and high reliability. This method introduces a calculation technique for determining the reliability acceleration coefficient of liquid crystal display devices, based on a predefined rapid testing profile. The pseudo-lifetime is estimated by accelerating the degradation of characteristic parameters. As a result, the reliability metrics of liquid crystal displays can be efficiently evaluated within a reduced time frame.
