Effective use of a station network for information interaction with spacecraft, with a single coordination center

The paper presents a method for ensuring effective management of a network’s information resource, with account to a single coordination center. The paper presents the network management logic when choosing a communication session with a spacecraft, as well as the network management logic when choosing communication sessions with multiple spacecraft simultaneously in the radio visibility zones of the network stations. The paper presents the results of simulation modeling of the proposed network management method.
