Corrigendum to ‘Real-world use of protein C concentrate for the treatment of patients with protein C deficiency: an international registry’

The authors regret 3 errors in the published paper.In Table 1, the number of patients with severe congenital protein C deficiency (SCPCD) in the acute episode treatment and short-term replacement treatment categories were reported incorrectly.These values should be 4 (16%) and 2 (8%) for acute episode treatment and short-term replacement, respectively.The value for long-term prophylaxis in the Total column should also be 19 (44%).In Section 3.2, the percentage of historical treatment courses used for long-term prophylaxis in patients with SCPCD was reported incorrectly as 29%; the correct value is 30%.In the final sentence of the second paragraph in Section 3.7, the number of bleeding-related adverse events in patients with SCPCD was reported incorrectly.The sentence is corrected as follows:Three bleeding-related AEs (hematoma and hematuria) were reported in two patients with SCPCD, none of which were considered related to protein C concentrate.
