Sources for emergency water supply i hazard identification

The paper deals with hazard identification and assessment and the hazards to a part of hydrogeological structures and technological elements of water sources earmarked for the emergency supply of population by drinking water. The elaborated general register of hazards is a matrix for constructing the register of particular water source. It can also be used together with the indexation of hazard source activation frequency as a basis for subsequent risk assessment and the classification of source within the system of crisis planning.
