Abstract

The positive effects through a limitation of the MPP-Voltage range of PV-inverters are an increase of the power, the efficiency and a reduction of inverter system costs. The same power stack could be used with power limitation or voltage limitation in the PV-system. The losses were analyzed with the help of measured data in seconds of the 1-MW installation at the trade fair in Munich.
