Communications channels, content and processes that will support and facilitate the Children in Care Complaints process

This report covers Phase Two of the Children’s Voices research project to support the Ombudsman New Zealand | Tari o te Kaitiaki Mana Tangata create the complaints website nau-mai.nz for children and young people in care. Phase two of the research involved an interactive survey with 58 care experienced children and young people, interviews with 29 care-experienced young people, as well as whānau, foster carers, social workers, teachers, and youth workers, and three ‘deep dives’ with 17 children and young people aged between 4 and 21 years.
