Dataset concerning the study of DDX53 protein

1 - Immunohistochemistry of DDX53 protein in the normal adult human testis. 2- RT-qPCR data for relative quantification of DDX53 and GFP expression in reference to ACTB and GAPDH in wild-type TCam-2 cells and TCam-2 cells expressing DDX53-FLAG or GFP-FLAG protein. 3 - Western Blot of TCam-2 cells after co-immunoprecipitation using magnetic beads coated with anti-FLAG antibody detecting DDX53 protein. Order of samples on the 1st membrane: M, TCam-2 cells expressing DDX53-FLAG (input-I, flow-through-FT, and immunoprecipitated fraction-IP); DDX53-FLAG (INP, FT, IP); GFP-FLAG (I, FT, IP), on the 2nd: DDX53-FLAG (INP, FT, IP), GFP-FLAG (I, FT, IP), GFP-FLAG (I, FT, IP). 4. Western Blot of TCam-2 cells detecting DDX53 protein with the use of anti-FLAG antibody. GAPDH served as a loading control. Order of samples on the membranes: WT TCam-2 cells, TCam-2 cells stably expressing GFP-FLAG, TCam-2 cells stably expressing DDX53-FLAG. 5. Western Blot of TCam-2 cells detecting DDX53 protein with the use of anti-FLAG antibody. GAPDH served as a loading control. Confocal microscopy of wild-type TCam-2 cells and TCam-2 cells expressing DDX53 performed using anti-FLAG and anti-SCML2 antibodies. 9. Confocal microscopy of wild-type TCam-2 cells and TCam-2 cells expressing DDX53 performed using anti-FLAG and specific anti-DDX53 antibodies. 10. Confocal microscopy of wild-type TCam-2 cells and TCam-2 cells expressing DDX53-FLAG, performed using anti-FLAG in order to investigate the DDX53 protein localization.
