xShare Adoption Site Update Webinar Presentation 5 December 2025

Presentation of the xShare Adoption Sites webinar held 5 December 2025. The presentation outlines what the xShare Adoption Sites have achieved in the first two years of project (December 2023 - December 2025). It reflects on the implementation of the EHDS via the European Electronic Health Record Exchange Format (EEHRxF) in the Adoption Sites and the impact on the respective communities. It provides concrete progress evidence from each of xShare's 8 Adoption Sites: Spain (Catalonia), Ireland, France, Denmark, Portugal (Madeira), Greece, Cyprus and Italy.The xShare project is co-funded by the European Union.
