Blood multiomics identify molecular features of dysregulated lipid metabolism and mitochondrial dysfunction associated with the outcome of acutely decompensated cirrhosis

Dataset containing data of 764 patients with decompensated cirrhosis from the PREDICT study and 52 healthy controls. This dataset contains clinical variables as ACLF development by 28 days (ADEV; 0="No", 1="Yes"), mortality by 90 days (mortcen90; 0="No", 1="Yes"), prevalence of bacterial infections at enrrollment (BINF; 0="No", 1="Yes"), age, sex (; 0="Male", 1="Female"), normalized levels of 267 features from untargeted metabolomics (low-molecular weight metabolites) obtained by LC-mass spectrometry, 18 lipids and 10 cytokines and chemokines obtained using a 20-plex Luminex platform.
