This document constitutes the first official public disclosure and priority claim for the ALK-Ghost v0.2 Self-Evolving Pattern-Aware Intelligence Framework, developed by Bassam Hussein Alkarishy (ALK 🜂). The framework presents a paradigm in artificial intelligence in which cognitive development is designed to emerge from Seed Memory, Pattern Fusion, and iterative human interaction, rather than relying exclusively on traditional dataset-driven pretraining. This disclosure establishes: Scientific Priority — the first public priority disclosure by the author describing an on-device workflow for self-evolving, pattern-aware intelligence without large-scale pretraining or cloud dependence.Conceptual Priority — the introduction and formal definition of seed-based self-evolving intelligence as a framework and terminology.Commercial Reservation of Rights — all rights reserved for future licensing, enterprise deployment, and any derivative or adapted systems; any use requires explicit written permission from the author.Timestamped Public Disclosure — a DOI-registered record that may be cited as a dated disclosure and potential prior-art reference. The ALK-Ghost framework positions the emergence of a decentralized, self-developing intelligence concept capable of adapting and refining its reasoning style through iterative human interaction. Access to the restricted files and any technical materials is granted only under a signed written Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a signed written paid licensing agreement executed by the author.
