Raw experimental datasets for DNA delivery using modified Polyethyleneimine and Ionic Liquid formulations

This dataset includes raw gel electrophoresis images, NMR and FTIR spectra, DNA release and DNase I protection assay data, cytotoxicity and endosomal escape kinetics data, as well as transfection efficiency results in BHK-21 cells and monocyte-derived dendritic like cells.
