Developing business models plays a crucial role in translating these research outcomes into practical applications and commercial opportunities. The report highlights the importance of a structured methodology with a focus on Circular Economy Business Models (CEBMs), integrating the R2PI framework to support sustainable business practices. It presents the Reincarnate Exploitation Methodology, identifies Key Exploitable Assets (KEAs), reports results from initial assessment steps, and outlines the use of the Platform Navigator for the CP-IM system.
