This dataset contains processed longitudinal RNA-sequencing profiles generated from formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tumor core biopsies collected in the NeoTRIPaPDL1 Phase III clinical trial (NCT02620280). This data are associated with Dugo et al. RNA-Seq expression values are provided as transcripts per million (TPM). Provided metadata include patient ID and timepoint.
