Abstract

Between 31st July and 1st August 2025, Wardell Armstrong LLP undertook a magnetic gradiometer survey of land off Abbey Road to inform proposals for a new residential development The survey identified only one anomaly of potential archaeological origin, an east-west aligned linear anomaly that may represent a former field boundary of land division
