This document brings together resources related to the development and publication of the Research Sustainability Workflow for the Humanities by the Digital Repository of Ireland (DRI) and DARIAH-IE. These resources, which have been published on the SSH Open Marketplace (SSHOMP) and the DRI website, are collated here to provide a complete overview of the workflow and its supporting materials. By consolidating these outputs into a single document and publishing to Zenodo, we aim to enhance discoverability, support wider dissemination, and encourage reuse and adaptation of this workflow resource by the broader research community. Section 1 – Introduction The Introduction comprises a Blog Post by Dr Beth Knazook, first published on the DRI website on May 16th, 2025. It provides context for the development of the workflow by describing details of the in-person Research Sustainability Workshop – its rationale, process, and participants. The workshop was organised by DRI and DARIAH-IE and held in the Royal Irish Academy on May 9th, 2025 and the blog post is reproduced verbatim. Link to blog post. Section 2 - Research Sustainability Workflow for the Humanities The workflow was collaboratively designed by attendees at the Research Sustainability Workshop held in the Royal Irish Academy on May 9th 2025, organised by DRI and DARIAH-IE. It underwent an asynchronous editing process by a small number of workshop participants, which was then followed by a period of public consultation. The final version of the Research Sustainability Workflow for the Humanities has now been published to the SSH Open Marketplace. Link to workflow. Section 3 - Bibliography The bibliography represents a selection of resources consulted as part of the workshop and workflow development, as well as those recommended in the final version of the workflow.
