NYCH: A Canonical Kernel and Oracle-Based Protocol for Latent Manifold Navigation

This preprint introduces NYCH, a deterministic protocol for latent manifold navigation in existing machine learning models. The framework defines a canonical set of transcription kernels that map gate-state trajectories into geometric manifolds, along with an Oracle layer that performs policy-driven navigation over those manifolds without modifying underlying model parameters. NYCH enforces strict separation between geometry, logic, and semantics, supports hierarchical self-similar structure analogous to Mandelbrot-type recursion, and reframes reasoning as a navigation problem rather than symbolic inference. Deterministic simulations are included to demonstrate kernel behavior and Oracle-guided traversal dynamics.
