Abstract

The relevance of the research presented in the article is due to the increasing prevalence of stress conditions and emotional lability in modern society, which negatively affect the psycho-emotional well-being of individuals. The paper presents a theoretical-conceptual model of self-regulation and factors influencing the effectiveness of non-pharmacological interventions.
