Abstract

A 50-year-old woman with history of peripartum cardiomyopathy and left ventricular non-compaction underwent routine Holter monitoring which showed a run of non-sustained ventricular tachycardia (NSVT) (figure 1). Previous genetic testing revealed a pathogenic RYR2 variant c.13823G>A, (p.R4608Q). What is the significance of this tracing?
