334P Modulation of myeloid cells by T cells activated by an IDO/PD-L1 vaccine reprograms the tumor micro-environment to support immune-mediated tumor killing

Conclusions: By combining multiple layers of tumor and immune data, our results suggest that resistance to chemo-ICI displays as a fibro-vascular reconfiguration of the tumor with macrophage infiltration responsible of immunosuppression.We identify potential therapeutic targets related to fibrosis, angiogenesis, macrophages, and PI3K pathway, to be tested in immune-based prospective clinical trials.
