Abstract

Compared to the recombinant Aβ monoclonal antibody therapeutics tested, sabirnetug showed the highest selectivity for AβOs over monomeric Aβ. Sabirnetug's observed high level of selectivity makes it well positioned to target AβOs in MCI/AD tissues and biofluids.
