S-Nitrosoglutathione Preserves Vasodilation and Attenuates Myocardial Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury

This dataset contains the raw and processed experimental data supporting the findings reported in the manuscript “S-Nitrosoglutathione Preserves Vasodilation and Attenuates Myocardial Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury”. The data were generated from in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo experiments designed to evaluate the vascular and cardioprotective effects of S-nitrosoglutathione (GSNO), with a focus on nitric oxide bioavailability, endothelial function, and myocardial injury following ischemia-reperfusion. The dataset includes, but is not limited to: Raw and processed data from vasoreactivity assays assessing endothelium-dependent and endothelium-independent vasodilation; Hemodynamic and functional parameters obtained from isolated heart ischemia-reperfusion experiments; Quantitative biochemical analyses related to nitric oxide signaling and oxidative stress markers; Statistical analysis files and figure source data supporting the main and supplementary figures of the manuscript. All data files are provided in open and standard formats to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and reuse. Detailed metadata and file naming conventions are included to facilitate interpretation. This dataset is publicly available under an open license and is intended to support data reproducibility, secondary analyses, and future studies on nitric oxide donors and cardiovascular protection.
