Digital Twins in Mobile Networks: A Systematic Review of Data-Driven Standardization, Design, Applications, and Semantic-Driven Concepts

Mobile networks are increasingly reliant on automation to manage vast parameter sets and react to network events. A promising solution for the 5G to 6G evolution is the implementation of a digital twin. The concept provides a real-time, virtual repres
