E-ORIGIN: The Human-Origin Impulse — Defining the Irreducible Origin of Responsibility in AI Decision Architectures

This paper proposes a structural theory of decision-making that defines the human-origin impulse (E) as the irreducible anchor of responsibility in AI systems. Rather than focusing on explainability, control, or post-hoc justification, the paper identifies the absence of an origin-level definition as the structural reason why AI responsibility and governance remain unresolved. The EVΛƎ Framework is introduced as a decision architecture that preserves human-origin responsibility while extending AI inferential capability.
