Neutrino Masses from Geometric Leakage: mν ≈ 0.07 eV from 5+5+1 Dimensional Framework

We derive neutrino masses from first principles in the 5+5+1 dimensional framework. Neutrinos occupy the (0,0) tensor position—decoupled from both spacetime and logochrono—acquiring mass only through residual L-field leakage: mν = me · α² · φ² ≈ 0.07 eV. This explains the 10⁷ mass gap between neutrinos and electrons via double α² suppression. Predicts normal hierarchy, Σmν ≈ 0.21 eV, Dirac nature (no Majorana mass), and no sterile neutrinos. Consistent with Planck 2020 bounds and oscillation data. Zero free parameters.
