Data and Code for "A Black-Hole–Anchored Effective Inertial Correction for Galactic Rotation Curves"

This archive contains the datasets, analysis code, and derived results used in the study of galaxy rotation curves presented in "A Black-Hole–Anchored Effective Inertial Correction for Galactic Rotation Curves." Included are the galaxy dataset, Python fitting and plotting scripts, model comparison outputs (chi-squared, AIC, BIC), and the figures appearing in the manuscript. The archive is intended to support full reproducibility of the reported results.
