Data and Code for "A Black-Hole–Anchored Effective Inertial Correction for Galactic Rotation Curves"

This version adds the manuscript PDF corresponding to the code and data released in the previous version. The PDF describes the methods, results, and validation of the accompanying software and datasets. Included are the galaxy dataset, Python fitting and plotting scripts, model comparison outputs (chi-squared, AIC, BIC), and the figures appearing in the manuscript. The archive is intended to support full reproducibility of the reported results.
