REHOUSE public report: Demosites implementation roadmaps and execution permits

Summary: This report pertains to Task "Design & Preparation – Pilot Final Design, Set-up, and Licensing," of the REHOUSE project. The primary aim of this report is to outline the implementation roadmaps for each of the project’s demonstrators, located in Greece, Hungary, France, and Italy. These roadmaps provide a comprehensive overview of the renovation strategies for each demo site prior to commencing physical construction. Key elements include the identification of stakeholders and their respective roles, detailed Gantt charts, resource allocation, and project schedules. In addition, the document presents essential information regarding retrofitting management plans, encompassing areas such as communication, quality assurance, procurement, health, safety, environmental measures, as well as monitoring, control, and project closure protocols. A thorough review of regulatory requirements and permits specific to each local context is also included to ensure compliance and seamless progression of construction activities.The ultimate objective is to ensure that the project implementation timelines are adhered to across all demonstrators, allowing for a full year of monitoring and evaluation of all renovation packages (RPs).
