Predictive Bioharmonics: Dynamic Preimplantation Persistence Algorithm (DPPA)

Embryos that appear viable or temporarily unstable at early developmental stages may nevertheless fail to implant due to loss of dynamic coherence prior to implantation. This document introduces the Dynamic Preimplantation Persistence Algorithm (DPPA), a deterministic algorithm that evaluates whether the early dynamical trajectory of an embryo is likely to remain within, or return to and persist within, a stable regime throughout the preimplantation window. DPPA does not predict pregnancy, assign clinical probabilities, rank embryos, or use statistical learning. Instead, it computes a conditional forward dynamic persistence estimate based on early embryonic division dynamics, determining whether the observed trajectory — including its historical direction and coherence — is mathematically consistent with sustained or recovered stability until implantation, or whether divergence is dynamically expected before that horizon. DPPA is non-invasive, deterministic, retrospectively testable, and designed to operate as a decision-support layer in IVF by distinguishing embryos with plausible dynamic pathways to implantation from those whose dynamics preclude it.
