Proton-pump inhibitor exposure and prevalence of colorectal adenoma: a retrospective analysis from the Sakkopi study

In this large and well-characterised screening cohort, regular PPI therapy was not associated with colorectal adenoma prevalence, irrespective of dose or lesion characteristics.
