Predictive Bioharmonics: Combined PB–EPG — A Path-Dependent Stability Algorithm for Early Outcome Classification in Open Dynamical Systems

This paper presents a combined algorithm integrating Predictive Bioharmonics (PB) and Early Path Geometry (EPG) for early outcome classification in open dynamical systems, with a primary application to embryo implantation assessment in IVF.The algorithm does not predict probabilities or outcomes. Instead, it classifies whether a system’s future outcome is already dynamically determined, based on (i) current stability and dominant direction (PB) and (ii) irreversible historical collapse events (EPG). The method operates on minimal early sequential data and treats environmental influence as part of the system state rather than as noise. Using only the definitions, equations, and steps provided, the algorithm can be implemented and applied to real-world data. No claim of proof, certainty, or total truth is made; the framework is presented as a mathematically consistent, testable approach to early dynamical classification.
