This software contains the swot-river-tides repository (and the required swot-sp-indexer) to estimate tidal amplitudes and classify the tidal probability with SWOT RiverSP data. Processing requires1. Download of RiverSP data from https://podaac.jpl.nasa.gov/dataset/SWOT_L2_HR_RiverSP_2.02. Indexing RiverSP data with swot-sp-indexer as provided3. Tidal analysis and classification with swot-river-tides as provided No non-standard hardware is required. Typical install time is less than a minute. Global RiverSP indexing takes weeks (individual rivers between minutes to hours) Global tidal analysis takes a day, classification takes 15 minutes (individual rivers take some minutes) Readme and examples are provided in the repositories.
