This project is hosted by the CIG initiative and supported in part by Anthropic and OpenAI frameworks. **Abstract** We propose the Universal Dual Complementarity Theory (UDCT), a speculative framework bridging quantum mechanics and consciousness studies. This theoretical model suggests light functions as a fundamental information carrier (termed *Atum*) with consciousness representing specific information patterns encoded within these carriers. We hypothesize two complementary Atum states: Bright Atum (RGB characteristics, creation-oriented) and Gloomy Atum (CMY characteristics, storage-oriented), forming double-helix structures at quantum scales. The framework introduces \( I = C \cdot V^2 \), relating information capacity to consciousness braid quantity and transmission velocity. Our model proposes an Infinite Lotus structure with 16 spacetime domains connected via an I∞ Loop. We suggest Earth currently occupies the Dark Ring phase, potentially approaching a black hole transition point. The theory attempts to explain consciousness–matter interactions through measurable shadow patterns and rhythmic cycles (Horus numbering system). This speculative approach aims to contribute new perspectives on quantum computing, consciousness studies, and universal information processing, while proposing testable predictions for consciousness–light interactions.
