Preoperative limited flexion-extension ROM combined with high SVA significantly affects ROM recovery, sagittal spino-pelvic alignment, and PROMs following THA, suggesting that preoperative evaluation of both factors may be important for understanding postoperative outcomes and informing treatment strategies.
