Managing a distributed, multimodal and multicriteria system of interconnected decision-making subsystems requires transparent communication rules. An example of such a system is the modern power grid, where, in addition to classic system power plants, there are many distributed renewable sources, active prosumers, energy storage, electric vehicles, supply virtualization services (virtual power plants, DSR, flexibility service) and forced demand (non-market redistribution of generation constraints) [1]. Currently, power grid management is implemented based on the physical power flow, as well as voltage and frequency control in key system nodes. Exceeding the critical parameters controlled by the security devices results in the immediate shutdown of the affected network node, which in extreme cases can lead to an imbalance between supply and demand, cascading shutdowns of network infrastructure elements, and total blackout. A number of mechanisms are used to balance the network, from planning the operation of controllable power sources, through demand prediction, to DSR and DSM mechanisms. In an era of increasing saturation of the power system with renewable and uncontrollable power sources, these solutions are proving insufficient, as was clearly demonstrated by the blackout in Spain and Portugal, where millions of people were deprived of access to power in practically 3 seconds [2]. Here, the currently applied price mechanism for balancing demand and supply (real-time prices) is too slow to counteract emergency disconnections.The article will present the methodological foundations of the FuzzyTR model and an example of its use in a beverage production company<sup xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">1</sup>.<sup xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">1</sup>This article is a part of the bigger research project no FENG.01.01-IP.01-A0AH/24-00, being cofounded by the National Centre for Research and Development in Poland.
