Empowering Disruptive Professor for a Disruptive University

This innovative to practice WIP paper describes an Engineering and Technology Education Training Course. University education will change beyond our current imagination! The proposal for the newly established COPEC Academy, is based on research conducted by the organization research team started in 2020. The proposal focuses on the development of an Engineering and Technology Education Training Course. Grounded in years of scientific publications about the theme, the work of various organizations, and COPEC's experience in improving university education. Previous publications by the team have explored innovative and disruptive approaches to university education, as well as potential future scenarios for professional teaching training. The curriculum provides a dynamic, modular approach to enhance engineering and technology education through modern methods and effective teaching. It includes onsite classes with some online content. Each module covers specific topics, with workload measured in ECTS points.
