Shows the introduction of innovative technology in the practical activities of the health care system. Assessment of social, medical and economic efficiency is the main one in making management decisions on the development of proposals for the use of new technologies. This requires an organizational and economic model to optimize the hospital's activities in providing medical care to the population. This model should be based on an analogue of the introduction of a stationary level in healthcare organizations with average regulatory indicators of the use of bed capacity. A feature of the project is a close connection with the provision of quality medical services, the use of international quality standards and the involvement of funds from a private partner. The analysis shows the presence of a long-term significant upward trend in a high proportion of cases of late hospitalization of a patient in a hospital, which has a direct correlation with the severity of the condition of the main contingents of patients, unfavorable outcomes of treatment, as well as with an increase in operating costs for medical and diagnostic measures. Risk assessment plays an important role and is aimed at making informed decisions, ensuring safety, compliance with established requirements and increasing competitiveness. Risk assessment is a key tool in creating sustainable and reliable business processes and strategies, and is aimed at minimizing losses, increasing efficiency and making informed management decisions based on real data. The program of modernization of the inpatient service is aimed at creating a new type of health care organizations in the regions of the republic, taking into account the capabilities of the base of the current regional health care organizations of the secondary level, with its approximation in its scale and resource equipment to tertiary health care organizations.
