Dataset for Arctium lappa plastid genome

This ZIP file contains the assembled Arctium lappa chloroplast genome generated from publicly available sequencing reads obtained from the NCBI Sequence Read Archive (SRA). The archive also includes associated files used for downstream phylogenomic analyses, as well as the resulting outputs produced using IQ-TREE 2. These data support phylogenetic inference and comparative analyses involving A. lappa and related taxa, and are provided to ensure transparency and reproducibility of the analyses.
