PHOENIX 5.4 Updated Communication, Dissemination, Exploitation Plan

Excerpt from the Approach: Project outputs will become available throughout PHOENIX, therefore it is essential to closely capture, monitor and manage results, (taking into consideration IP protection) over the lifetime of the project and adjust communication activities, as well as dissemination and exploitation plans accordingly. Due to the nature of the PHOENIX research, only a selection of the deliverable reports (D5.1 Website, D5.2 Initial Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation Plan, D5.3 Initial Data Management Plan, D5.4 Updated Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation (CDE) Plan, and D5.5 Updated Data Management Plan) will be made public, thus the outward facing activities as outlined in this Initial Plan will be the core publicly available information about the project. We reviewed and updated the Data Management Plan (D5.5 due month 18) as necessary.
