ON THE ISSUE OF CIVIL LAW ASPECTS OF EMERGENCY SITUATIONS

Problems related to emergency situations include civil law aspects that generate certain civil law relations. These aspects do not always fall within the competence of the EMERCOM of Russia or other relevant departments and organizations. At the same time, it is in the sphere of civil law and the process that issues related to compensation for moral and material damage, insurance, restriction of ownership of movable and immovable property, etc. are resolved. At the same time, despite the relevance of issues related to the civil law aspects of emergency situations, due attention is not paid to a full-fledged study and systematization of these aspects. This gap needs to be addressed. This is necessary for the fastest and most complete restoration of the rights of citizens of the Russian Federation violated as a result of emergency situations. One of the options for research activities may be the creation of a separate scientific field, which includes a special course on civil law aspects of emergency situations.
