This is a sub-acute and chronic stroke lesion segmentation model trained on ATLAS 2.0 (https://rdcu.be/eZH9C) made for integration in the StrokeSeg software (https://github.com/Empenn-Stroke/StrokeSegLab) (.onnx files) or usage with nnUnet v2 (.pth files).
