This deliverable presents the updated Data Management Plan (DMP) and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) framework for the iDriving project as part of the M18 reporting cycle. Building on the foundation established in earlier iterations, this version provides an enhanced and more mature picture of data governance and intellectual property management across the consortium. It reflects the expanded data collection activities, the increased volume and diversity of datasets produced, and the progress in consolidating the project’s IP assets as technical developments advance. The DMP section synthesises comprehensive information provided by all consortium partners regarding the types, origin, and formats of data generated during the first 18 months. It evaluates the consortium’s implementation of the FAIR principles, Findability, Accessibility, Interoperability, and Reusability, and documents improvements since the previous reporting cycle. Most partners have now formalised their internal procedures for naming, storing, and sharing data, and several have prepared or deposited datasets in trusted repositories. For sensitive data, including UAV imagery, personal data, and operational logs, enhanced security and access-control mechanisms have been implemented to ensure GDPR compliance. The IPR section expands on the obligations under the Grant Agreement (GA) and Consortium Agreement (CA), with a specific focus on the operationalisation of IP management as the project enters a more mature phase of development. At M18, several partners have identified tangible foreground results, and the updated IPR Registry documents these assets, their ownership, possible protection routes and access rights. This iteration places particular emphasis on joint results, internal exploitation planning, and the alignment of protection strategies with upcoming integration, validation, and demonstration activities.
