We present Projective Correlation Theory (PCT), a pregeometric framework where spacetime emerges from constrained correlations under a projection rule. The paper defines the mathematical structure, connects the emergent limit to familiar relativistic behaviour, and extracts experimentally relevant predictions for information flow and horizon-like regimes.
