A Pre-Phenomenological Update Constraint for Admissible Physical States

This work presents a pre-phenomenological constraint framework intended to delimit the class of admissible physical state evolutions prior to observational realization. The formulation is deliberately non-inventory & pre-metric: it does not assume particles, forces, constants, spacetime geometry, or temporal structure as primitives. Instead, the framework specifies structural conditions: continuity, locality, bounded change, and persistence; that must be satisfied before phenomenological descriptions become meaningful. The work is not a predictive dynamical theory and does not compute observables. Its purpose is foundational: to constrain what future physical theories may consistently describe, rather than to replace existing phenomenological models.Note:This work was developed through an interactive process in which the author supplied the theoretical framework, axioms, and conceptual structure.
