Mission M-043: Causal Derivation of Neutrino Mass from SN1987A under TFD Normalization (c0=300,000 km/s)

This paper derives the neutrino mass mν not as a statistical fit but as a necessary consequence of field tension and the 137-resonance. Based on the arrival time data from supernova SN1987A, Karl Heinz Wipfler demonstrates that previous uncertainties in neutrino physics result from using a "slowed" speed of light. Through TFD normalization to c0=300,000 km/s and the application of the field amplitude A=m1/2, a precise anchor value of 0.041 eV is obtained. This value is fully compatible with current KATRIN measurement data (<0.45 eV) and resolves the discrepancy between cosmology and particle physics without free parameters.
