GED-DMpred: Prediction of Pathogenic Missense Mutations in Genetic Eye Diseases Using a Two-Step Strategy

The in-house dataset (missense mutations, hg38 version) is a file used in the research. It was created based on the ClinVar and prior knowledge from ACMG-AMP. The GED-DMpred_score.gz (hg38 version) file includes the pre-computed scores from GED-DMpred (trained using a two-step strategy) and GED-DMpred_oneL (trained using a two-step strategy).
