Identification of CXCL12 as a key gene of trophoblast and endometrial stromal cell decidualization in pregnancy via scRNA-seq and experimental validation

CXCL12 promotes the proliferation, migration, and invasion ability of trophoblast cells <i>in vitro</i> and promotes the decidualization of endometrial stromal cells. The downregulation of the CXCL12/CXCR4 axis may be involved in the occurrence and development of RM. Thus, this study provides experimental clues for exploring potential therapeutic approaches related to CXCL12.
